Russian participants can do it on spot.*Industrial/commercial sponsors are strongly encouraged to attend and present a display or exhibition booth. The conference will provide tables, chairs, power cables, and 24/7 security in a convenient, onsite location within the venue. We ask these sponsors to commit to at least a Gold-level of sponsorship. Commercial participants will also be able to participate in coffee breaks, meals, and banquet activities at no additional charge. Early registration is encouraged for venue planning.

*Student fee applies to those who are studying full-time for an undergraduate or a master’s and PhD degrees. It does not apply to anyone who receives a salary related to their studies. It is mandatory to provide a proof of student status.
